Cleaning to protect or improve health requires different thinking than cleaning for appearance requires.  Successful performance cleaning requires top down support and organizational change. Organizational change requires high-level communication and structure. The performance cleaning workshop provide more information on the following critical success factors:

• Creating an organizational environmental policy.   While the following is not a performance cleaning policy, it is an example of a Hillyard Policy relating to product care.  At the workshop, you will receive the tools to create an environmental policy.
